Top marks for all categories! We always come here to celebrate big events. Usually our anniversaries. The staff is always amazing and knowledgeable. The tea is always hot and dreamy. And the food is some of the best. This place never falls … More short of expectations and is never snobby either. One thing I can't stand is pretentious restaurant experiences and this has never in all the years of going been that. Come one, come all (except your newborn baby), relax and enjoy a very serene and humbling moment of tea time with family and friends.

I've been here a few times. It's a well thought out and creative experience, from the menu to the decor to the staff outfits. It's a lot of fun and it's evident a lot of care and attention goes into every guest. The … More menus are tasty and align well to the themes. Sometimes they get bold with the tea pairings, and while it can be a miss, it's great to try something you wouldn't have otherwise. The staff is very professional and whoever writes the scripts does a great job. If you're concerned about being a solo diner, they give you a little booth-room to yourself and generally leave you be unless you signal for the next pot of tea or they want to check in. It's pretty peaceful, but you can hear the booths around you so it doesn't feel super isolated.

Exceptional! First time at a tearoom for High Tea and the experience was amazing!!! We got 3 different teas for the 3 tiers of food. The 5yo with us got 3 different and delicious herbal teas as well. The pots of tea were large and the food … More was surprisingly filling. For 4 adults and 1 kid, it was definitely plenty of food--although it looks deceptive. Everything was fresh and had great flavor. The rooms were private and intimate, with a few nooks and the rest had long curtains separating each group from the rest. The seats were comfortable, ranging from lounge/chaise to individual chairs. Each "room" has a theme as well so you can go plenty of times with a slightly different ambience each time.
Would def go again. The Alice in Wonderland theme was fantastic. The little market and teas for sale made the whole experience so much better. The ladies who worked there were fantastic and obviously loved their jobs. Shoutout to Jaqueline who was a wealth of information and great to interact with.
